Motivated by his passion for doing things right the first time and grounded in the family’s Christian faith, John and Maddison set out to build a business that reflects their values. Cornerstone represents their commitment to honesty, stewardship, and creating lasting comfort for their community—one home at a time.
Cornerstone Heating and Cooling is owned and operated by John Baca, with the unwavering support of his wife, Maddison. Married in 2019, John and Maddison are proud parents to three children—Caroline, Beckett, and Lilah—and are dedicated Christians who strive to serve others in both their personal and professional lives.
John graduated from the Refrigeration School Inc. (RSI) in 2018 and began his HVAC career in early 2019. With experience in both residential and commercial HVAC, including time with Trane, John brings a wealth of knowledge, certifications, and a commitment to excellence to every project.
Together, John and Maddison have built Cornerstone Heating and Cooling as a reflection of their faith, family values, and desire to provide honest, reliable service to their community.
